Customer Support Representative Job

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls professionally, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective assistance.
  • Assess customers' needs and tailor solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Make follow-up calls to customers at scheduled dates and times to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, providing valuable insights for future improvements.
  • Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain the highest level of professionalism.
  • Handle a high volume of outbound calls with efficiency, meeting or exceeding performance targets.
  • Follow established call center scripts for diverse topics, adapting to changing customer needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Master's in Business Administration (MBA), preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Strong understanding of organizational skills, including prioritization and delegation.
  • Capacity to work quickly and accurately, meeting deadlines and delivering quality results.
  • Passion for learning and growth, with a willingness to adapt to new processes and technologies.
  • Effective teamwork and collaboration skills, working closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
Work Arrangements:

This is an office-based position, requiring regular attendance during specified hours.

Preferred working hours: 1pm-10pm or 2pm-11pm UK time.

Location: Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
