Senior Technical Lead

 

Job Title: Senior Technical Lead

 

  • Develop and implement effective quality control strategies to ensure timely completion of monitoring processes.
  • Provide professional support to the team for Quality Assurance and compliance-related matters in line with organizational requirements.
  • Facilitate reporting requirements for Quality Assurance work and promote consistency in quality assessment practices across the organization.
  • Document business processes within the area of Quality Assurance and Enhancement to ensure continuity.
  • Evaluate and refine the organization's quality assurance and quality enhancement processes periodically to reflect changes in requirements.
  • Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to guarantee quality specifications are met.
  • Calibrate domestic gas meters according to international standards at various flow rates.
  • Ensure all necessary systems and procedures are in place to meet customer requirements and audit standards.
  • Conduct regular internal and process audits of the QMS ISO 9001:2015.
  • Address non-conformities found through corrective actions.
  • Ensure operational safety and environmental policies and procedures are adhered to, ensuring the well-being of staff and visitors.
  • Develop policies to minimize risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement controls and improvements.
  • Foster teamwork and continuous improvement to achieve successful goal attainment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Candidates with experience in Quality Control in a reputable manufacturing environment will be given preference.
