Drive Interest and Grow Sales

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to act as a liaison between our Sales & Marketing teams. This crucial role involves engaging with prospective customers to provide timely information, establish meetings for the sales team, and drive interest in our offerings.

Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with the business development team to achieve sales target objectives.
  • Execute a consultative discovery process to assess prospective company needs.
  • Prospect new business nationwide through marketing-provided inbound leads.
  • Follow outreach plans through email and phone, ensuring a minimum of 50 outreaches per day.
  • Schedule meetings for business development and technical executives.
  • Manage database to target prospective customers and align with overall growth strategy.
  • Manage inbound lead follow-ups and routing produced by marketing.
  • Stay current with our products and services.
  • Collaborate to improve execution and drive results.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from Europe or the UK (preferred).
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce or other).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Marketing domain knowledge is an asset but not required.
