
Customer Interaction Evaluator

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Interaction Evaluator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating customer interactions to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and compliance.
As a Call Evaluator, you will assess agent performance, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the overall enhancement of our service delivery. You will also develop and implement process improvements, maintaining accurate records of evaluations and performance metrics.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and listening skills. Knowledge of call center technologies and quality assurance practices is an advantage.
