Call Center Evaluation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Call Center Evaluation Specialist to join our team. As a Call Evaluator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our customer support operations.

Your key responsibilities will include monitoring and evaluating customer interactions to assess agent performance, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to the overall enhancement of our service delivery.

You will listen to and evaluate recorded or live customer calls for quality and compliance, assessing agent performance based on predetermined criteria and company standards. You will also identify opportunities for process improvements and share best practices, maintaining accurate records of evaluations and performance metrics.
