The role of Communication Specialist is pivotal in driving success through effective customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate situations critically to identify areas for escalation and ensure seamless communication with supervisors.
  • Foster strong, lasting relationships with customers by providing comprehensive service information and resolving their queries efficiently.
  • Conduct thorough research using available resources to gather required data and make informed decisions.
  • Routinely direct calls to relevant personnel or departments to maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Pursue follow-up customer interactions as necessary to address concerns and provide ongoing support.
  • Develop opportunities for upselling products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate call logs and reports to track progress and optimize performance.

We operate on a standard 5-day workweek schedule, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.

Job Requirements:
  • Demonstrate exceptional negotiation abilities to effectively manage customer expectations.
  • Possess experience in outbound sales to leverage existing networks and expand customer bases.
  • Show willingness to adapt to evening shifts from 6 PM to 1 AM, demonstrating flexibility and commitment.
  • Highlight customer service background to showcase expertise in building strong customer relationships.

Please note that daily call volume is capped at 10-15 calls to prevent burnout and maintain quality standards.
