Requirements
  1. Previous experience working in a call center or related industry.
  2. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  4. Ability to work efficiently and effectively during night shift hours.
  5. Demonstrated sales aptitude with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  6. Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  8. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
  9. Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Working Conditions

May be required to work variable shifts, including nights and weekends.
