High-Level Talent Acquisition Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in international recruitment practices, labor laws, cultural differences, and region-specific hiring strategies to lead the recruitment process for top-tier talent across various departments.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong network and ability to build relationships with both internal teams and potential candidates. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sourcing, assessing, and hiring professionals to meet organizational staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage End-to-End Recruitment Activities: Source, interview, and hire professionals for a variety of positions across the organization.
  • Develop Effective Recruitment Strategies: Attract high-quality candidates using multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers: Understand hiring needs and workforce planning, ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, compensation practices, and best practices in recruitment.
  • Monitor Recruitment Metrics: Provide regular reporting to leadership, leveraging data to inform future recruitment strategies.
  • Mentor and Train Junior Team Members: Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment, building long-term relationships with key talent pipelines and external recruitment agencies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree: In Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years or above of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment, including international recruitment.
  • Proven Track Record: Successfully fill a variety of roles, including senior and specialized positions, demonstrating expertise in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Key Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-Depth Knowledge: Employment laws and hiring best practices, ensuring compliance and efficiency in all recruitment activities.
