Account Growth Professional:

This role involves driving business growth and retention through effective client relationship management strategies. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, address client inquiries and concerns, and act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Business Growth & Retention: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, proactively seek new business opportunities, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
  • Account Management: Monitor and manage client accounts, analyze client data, and ensure contract renewals and negotiate terms when necessary.
  • Market Insights & Strategy: Stay updated on industry trends, provide strategic insights, and develop strategies to enhance customer experience and improve client retention.
  • Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present regular reports, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with CRM software and account management tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in client relationship management or a similar role.
  • Experience in industries such as banking, insurance, real estate, or marketing is a plus.
