We're looking for a skilled professional to join our customer-focused organization as a Customer Solutions Specialist. This role is responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, solving complex problems, and ensuring their success.
About the JobThis is a key position in our customer support team, where you'll be working closely with customers to resolve technical issues and provide guidance on how to get the most out of our software.
Responsibilities:- Technical Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, or chat, resolving technical issues and answering questions about our software.
- Problem-Solving: Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues using system knowledge and available resources.
- Communication: Develop strong relationships with customers, responding to their queries, and escalating complex issues to relevant experts when necessary.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support or customer care with international clients.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with the operations and needs of small-to-medium-sized businesses.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in English communication (written and verbal).
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies, such as Microsoft Office Suite, ZOHO CRM, Intercom, and JIRA.
