As a key leader, you will oversee the overall operation of our restaurant, including building management, sales, and financial aspects. In the absence of the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for hiring and training crew members, ensuring daily execution of safety and sanitation procedures, preparing high-quality food, and providing exceptional guest service.

You will also be accountable for maintaining the cleanliness, repair, and upkeep of the building and equipment, regardless of whether you are on or off the premises.

Your role will involve communicating and implementing all company policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities
  • Effectively lead the restaurant during manager's absence, making strategic decisions to drive business growth.
  • Mentor and develop new employees, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Assist with labor cost management, ensuring efficient use of resources.

  • Develop expertise in various areas of the restaurant to provide support when needed.
