About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Sales Operations professional to serve as a key point of contact for all sales-related aspects within an assigned geographical area. The successful candidate will drive set objectives and targets, ensuring achievement of agreed-upon key performance indicators (KPIs).

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a field sales strategy for the assigned area.
  • Effectively manage distributors, customers, and their operations.
  • Execute Channel Category plans at the Point of Purchase (POP)/Outlets as per channel and category prioritization.
  • Provide timely and quality information.
  • Ensure adherence to industry best practices and policies.
  • Promote continuous improvement using business excellence methodologies.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related business field.
  • 2-3 years of field sales and key account management experience, preferably in Out of Home Channels.
  • Strong work ethic, self-starter approach, integrity, and demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
  • Understanding of all sales functional areas, including Channel & Category Sales Development (CCSD), Customer Relationship, Distribution Handling, and B2B Sales.
  • Prior experience managing a field sales team.
