Job Description

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential customers via LinkedIn and converting those conversations into demo bookings for our sales team. This role is ideal for someone who's resourceful, goal-driven, and comfortable with B2B communication in a digital-first environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct targeted outreach to ideal B2B prospects on LinkedIn (decision-makers, Sales Leaders, Directors, CEOs etc.)
  • Craft and personalize messages to spark interest in our CRM solution
  • Qualify leads and schedule product demos with the sales team
  • Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify potential customers
  • Maintain detailed records of outreach activity and performance metrics in our CRM

Requirements include experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or outbound sales (preferably in a B2B tech or SaaS environment), strong written communication skills, familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach automation tools, ability to work independently, manage your pipeline, and meet weekly/monthly demo booking targets, as well as prior experience working with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar.
