Job Title: Financial Management Professional

HMT is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented financial management professional to manage one of our clients' finance teams.

  • Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and compliance reports in accordance with US GAAP and tax regulations.
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist in tax planning, filings, and audits for US-based entities.
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and payroll processing.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting.
  • Utilize accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) to maintain financial records.

Required Qualifications:

  • CA Finalist or ACCA qualified (mandatory).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in finance/accounting with exposure to US taxation.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, SAP etc.) and MS Excel.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal) for remote collaboration.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience working with US/International clients.
  • Familiarity with remote work tools (Slack, Zoom, Asana etc.).
