Job Overview

The key responsibilities involve spearheading brand equity development and driving annual/long-term marketing innovation through strategic planning, brand plans, and integrated marketing communication (IMC) plans to achieve brand goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain category marketing strategies that align with the overall brand strategy to contribute to market growth.
  • Establish style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision, and value proposition for both short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Collaborate with PR, Digital, Creative, and Visual teams to deliver comprehensive 360° marketing campaigns.

Maintenance of Brand Assets

Ensure timely delivery of all brand assets to the marketing brief and guarantee their maintenance for successful launches.

Requirements
  • Strong cross-functional relationships builder with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detailed oriented individual with multitasking abilities and deadline management skills.
  • Driver of change with a willingness to challenge the status quo and adapt to new situations.
  • Excellent communicator with a collaborative mindset.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva) is essential for success in this role.

Technical Requirements

This role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, as well as excellent project management skills.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing, is required. An MBA or equivalent qualification is highly valued.
