About the Role:

This position requires an experienced professional to oversee employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires and departing staff. The successful candidate will have expertise in HR operations, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding and Offboarding Process Management:

  • The Hiring Manager Support Specialist will be responsible for handling all aspects of the onboarding process, from initial orientation to final documentation. This includes coordinating with relevant departments, preparing necessary paperwork, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Employee Records and Data Maintenance:

  • The incumbent will ensure that all employee records are up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with company policies and regulations. This involves maintaining databases, conducting data audits, and implementing corrective actions as needed.

  • Support for Employee Life Cycle:

  • This role is essential in supporting the employee life cycle, from recruitment to departure. The Hiring Manager Support Specialist will provide guidance and assistance to employees at various stages of their employment journey.

  • HR Operations and Compliance:

  • The successful candidate will work closely with the HR team to implement and maintain effective HR operations and compliance procedures. This includes staying abreast of regulatory changes, updating policies and procedures, and providing training to employees.

  • Collaboration and Communication:

  • The Hiring Manager Support Specialist will foster strong relationships with colleagues across different departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Requirements:
  • Education:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

  • Experience:

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a similar role.

  • Skillset:

  • The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and time management skills, proficiency in MS Office, and strong attention to detail.

  • Certifications:

  • Certifications in HR-related areas, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, are highly desirable.
