About the Role

Our organization is seeking a visionary leader to oversee our fleet management systems technology. This key position will be responsible for providing strategic direction, analyzing and prioritizing developments, and outlining opportunities to drive business growth.

  • Leadership: Lead the management team in setting a clear vision and mission for the department, ensuring everyone is aligned with company goals.
  • Project Management: Deliver all technology-related projects, including new software development, network structure, and ongoing enhancements to optimize system performance.
  • Tech Support: Provide high-level support for the organization as a senior member of the department, addressing technical queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation and best practices in IT, ensuring optimal use of fleet management systems to drive business success.
  • Decision Making: Make informed decisions on short and long-term technology uses within the development/product roadmap, consulting with senior management to ensure alignment.
  • Team Management: Manage the technical team with a clear structure and processes, empowering them to make a significant impact on the organization.
  • Security: Ensure the security and integrity of all technical systems, software, and networks, protecting sensitive data from potential threats.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role within IT or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, including software development, network architecture, and system integration.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards shared goals.
  • Strong understanding of security protocols and best practices in IT, with experience in implementing and maintaining secure systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
