Job Description

The role of Human Resources Manager is crucial in ensuring the smooth delivery of HR services and maintaining a positive and compliant workplace culture. The ideal candidate must possess a deep understanding of HR operations, strong interpersonal skills, and experience in managing and mentoring HR teams in a fast-paced environment.

This dynamic professional will lead and strengthen HR operations, manage employee relations, and handle grievances. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements. Furthermore, they will drive automation and process improvements for operational efficiency across HR functions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing core HR operations including employee onboarding, offboarding, HRIS administration, and documentation.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Driving automation and process improvements for operational efficiency across HR functions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR operations, and grievance handling frameworks.
  • Prior experience managing or supervising a recruitment function is highly desirable.
