**Job Description:**

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team in a senior leadership role. As an Assistant Manager for Financial Services Planning, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing end-to-end mobile account acquisition plans to enable efficiency and sustainability.
  • Ensuring a robust and expansive distribution footprint for current and newly inducted financial services products and services.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide planning direction, insights, and support at the regional and belt levels.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Extensive experience in sales planning and channel/operations, preferably in a channel planning role in the telecom or FMCG sector.
  • A strong understanding of telco and branchless banking market dynamics, including sales and distribution operations.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to derive meaningful decisions from data and fact-based information.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
