Reporting to: Senior Manager Data & Alternate Channel

Job Type: Permanent

Job Purpose:

  • This role involves the development of business for alternate/digital channels, exploring new verticals for alternate channel, onboarding new partners, managing existing partners including financial aspects, system integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity, and equipping the organization with a competitive edge in building and fortifying the digital channel compared to competitors.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with business partners, IT, Engineering, and Finance teams for the following tasks
  • Prepare Annual, Quarterly and Monthly budgets/targets of all Alternate channel Partner
  • Provide assistance in evaluating new business opportunities and defining the road map for future business endeavors
  • Monthly planning and follow-up on the progress of special and strategic projects
  • Respond to specific high level queries of Management to assist in decision making regarding Alternate channel
  • Assist in preparation of EMT preparations, MOAM Preparation, Mid-Year and annual conference presentations
  • Bringing new channel partners on board and handling the entire API integration process with all stakeholders
  • Working closely with the legal and operations teams, as well as partners, to create and upload contracts into the system
  • Finalizing partner commissions and calculating commission savings each month
  • Managing and sharing tax data with internal teams and partners at the start of each month for tax submission
  • Efficiently managing bundle price changes activity at night by coordinating with the PD team and partners
  • Track and maintain float levels for Alternate channel partners on both models (Prepaid and Post-payment Module)
  • Coordinate with international partners for payments and with the finance team to update in the system
  • Carrying out partner & Channel recharge analysis as required
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

  • A minimum Bachelors degree preferably in Business Administration is required. Candidates with MBA will be preferred.

Work Experience:

  • 3 to 4 years relevant experience
