We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives for our hospice services across the U.S. market.
- Growth Initiatives: Develop and execute strategies to increase patient admissions through outreach, education, and relationship management.
- Referral Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, case managers, hospital discharge planners, SNFs, ALFs, and home health agencies.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and new growth opportunities.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver professional presentations and value-based education about hospice services to healthcare professionals and community groups.
- Lead Management: Track and follow up on all referrals, inquiries, and potential leads using CRM or EMR tools.
- Collaboration: Work with clinical liaisons, intake coordinators, and leadership to ensure smooth onboarding of patients and excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales or business development experience in healthcare; hospice or palliative care industry preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals in a B2B healthcare environment.
