Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Operations Associate to assist in maintaining the accuracy, cleanliness, and actionability of our CRM system.

This role plays a crucial part in assigning leads, ensuring pipeline hygiene, and supporting the sales team with timely updates, notes, and handoffs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create conversion-focused sales funnels that drive results
  • Customize CRM systems for sales and service teams
  • Set up calendars, pipelines, forms, and integrations to streamline processes
  • Optimize campaigns for performance and scalability
  • Simplify and automate business operations to increase efficiency
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience in CRM, Sales Support, or related operations roles
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM is essential
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and responsiveness are must-haves
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel is required
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
