Sales Coordinator

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator based in Lahore. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing sales operations, coordinating with customers, ensuring effective communication between sales teams, and supporting overall sales functions. The role involves maintaining customer satisfaction through professional service and attention to detail.
Sales Support & Coordination
Assist the sales team with proposals, quotations and contracts.
Coordinate schedules, client meetings and follow-ups.
Manage sales documentation, reports, and CRM entries.
Customer Relationship Management
Serve as a point of contact for clients in the absence of sales representatives.
Respond to inquiries, provide information, and escalate issues when needed.
Administrative & Operational Support
Track purchase orders, deliveries and billing.
Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures.
Prepare sales reports and presentations for management
Team & Cross-functional Collaboration
Work with marketing, logistics and finance to ensure smooth sales processes.
Support event coordination, product launches and promotion activities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelors Degree
Minimum 5-7 years of experience as sales coordinator.
