Job Summary:

Royal Solar Energy is looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Coordinator to join our team at our DHA Phase 8, Lahore office. The ideal candidate should be productive Proactive, well-organized, well groomed and have a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. This position will report directly to the Director and support the sales team in daily operations and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director in daily sales tracking and reporting.
  • Prepare and update sales reports and maintain sales records coordinating with different teams.
  • Coordinate with clients and the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and communications.
  • Schedule meetings, calls, and maintain the Director's sales calendar.
  • Support in lead tracking, client correspondence, and document management.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless sales operations.
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate with logistics for product delivery.
  • Help the team achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Requirements:

  • Male candidate with a positive, energetic, and professional attitude.
  • Good command of Ms Office
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • At least 1 year of experience in coordination role preferred.
  • Fresh candidates with strong Excel skills may also be considered.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
