- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing to renewal
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM software
- Research clients' business objectives and challenges and align RidenRoll's solutions to accomplish their goals
- Upsell or cross-sell additional products/services to existing clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strong client experiences and program performance post-sale
Prospecting:
Identify and engage new business opportunities across a territory of strategic clients and ad agencies
Social Media Promotion:
Utilize social media platforms to promote RidenRoll's services and offerings
Sales Cycle Management:
Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing to renewal
CRM Administration:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM software
Client Relationship Building:
Build strong relationships with clients via video conference and in-person meetings
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strong client experiences and program performance post-sale
