Devbunch is seeking a Lead Generation and Sales Pipeline Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients in the IT industry, building relationships, and contributing to the company's sales pipeline through strategic outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify and target potential leads within the industry.
- Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs and determining their fit with our products/services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions in the CRM system.
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to enhance conversion rates.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field from a reputable institution. Additionally, 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or a similar role, as well as proven experience in lead generation (cold calling) within the IT industry, are required.
