Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Timely Commercial Evaluation: Ensure timely commercial evaluation after receipt of technical evaluation & placement of LOIs/POs and SPOs.
  • Compliance of PPRA Rules: Ensure compliance of PPRA Rules at all stages.
  • Casework Management: Prioritize and assign different cases to subordinates keeping in view the urgency of the cases.
  • Contract Supervision: Supervise/preparation of contracts.
  • Contract Execution: Execute Contracts as per Tender terms & conditions.
  • Bid Bond & PBG Resolution: Release & resolve Bid Bond & PBG related matters.
  • Purchase Requisition Creation: Create Purchase requisitions in Oracle ERP.
  • Supplier Enlistment: Enlist suppliers in Oracle ERP.
  • Item Code Management: Manage and create item codes in item master.
  • Organizational Correspondence: Correspond within organization to resolve various queries and ensure compliance to PPRA rules, SOPs, and Management Directives.
  • Proprietary Approval Validation: Validate Proprietary approvals.
  • Pre-Qualification Criteria Validation: Validate Pre-Qualification criteria.
Job Requirements

MBA degree from a recognized institution is essential.

A minimum of 4 years working experience in Government / Semi-Government Organization is required.

Strong knowledge of PPRA Rules and Government Policies/SROs is necessary for success in this role.
