Procurement Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled procurement specialist to handle strategic sourcing and supplier management tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with suppliers worldwide to procure high-quality products at competitive prices.
  • Negotiate quotations with suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchases that meet our operational needs.
  • Coordinate the preparation and distribution of purchase orders to selected suppliers, ensuring seamless integration into our supply chain.
  • Ensure accurate and complete documentation is provided to suppliers for signing, maintaining transparency throughout the process.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of supplier interactions from initial contact to completion, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Regularly follow up with suppliers via phone calls or emails to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth integration of sourced products into our operations, enhancing overall efficiency.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth.
Additional Skills:
  • Proficiency in Amazon FBA Wholesale knowledge is highly desirable.
