  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with the company's vision and mission.
  • Partner with departmental heads and hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop proactive recruitment plans.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage top-tier talent through various channels.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives within the talent acquisition stream.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and data to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to leadership on talent acquisition activities and progress.

Requirements

To be successful as a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in HR/Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record of success in leading recruitment efforts.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a customer-centric approach and a commitment to delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
