HR Professional - Business Partner

About the Role

This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our organization as a key business partner. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives, develop high-performing teams, and foster a culture of excellence.


Responsibilities
  • Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, coaching, and development planning.
  • Collaborate with department heads to design and deliver training programs that enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Partner with managers to develop compensation strategies that attract and retain top talent.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform HR decisions and improve business outcomes.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
  • Negotiate with unions and other labor organizations to maintain positive relationships.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR leadership or executive roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable expertise in HR metrics, analytics, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of HR systems, databases, and technology platforms.
  • Ability to architect strategy, lead change, and drive results-oriented projects.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and manage effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
