Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Service Delivery Partner to join our team. As a Service Delivery Partner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of services to our clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to act as a service partner, working closely with Relationship Managers, Product Sales, Operations, and other key internal stakeholders to resolve client channel issues and identify opportunities to enhance overall service quality for clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellent service according to established standards, ensuring minimal errors.
  • Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and process effectiveness to enhance system and process consistency.
  • Provide quality support and advice to Relationship Managers across all lending units on documentation matters, including customer documentation origination.
  • Offer excellent service and guidance to Corporate clients for channel activation, pre-transaction inquiries, setup, training, and related issues.
  • Suggest process improvements, identify opportunities for streamlining and automation, and promote best practices.
  • Perform onboarding processes, including creation and review of Customer Due Diligence (CDD) for new and existing clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage GIC and network onboarding processes.
  • Conduct checks on CDD outputs and ensure adherence to policies and standards.
  • Escalate compliance issues and follow internal controls related to processes, products, policies, and regulations.
  • Carry out account opening activities in collaboration with relevant teams for swift system setup.
  • Provide service and advice to Corporate & Institutional Banking clients for channel activation, including processing setup requests for various channels like Straight2Bank.
  • Perform checks on activities and documentation within account opening and channel activation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, including Money Laundering Prevention Procedures, and report suspicious activities.
  • Manage risks proactively, establish controls, and ensure data confidentiality and document correctness.
  • Adhere to internal policies, credit policies, and regulatory requirements, and undertake periodic self-assessments of controls.
