The Client Outreach Specialist plays a vital role in fostering communication and scheduling between clients and immigration advisors. This role involves contacting clients, arranging consultations, and supporting advisors to ensure a seamless advisory process.
Key Responsibilities:- Contact clients & schedule appointments with advisors based on client needs and availability.
- Engage potential clients, answer basic questions about immigration services.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking immigration advice.
- Assist clients in preparing for their meetings with advisors by providing details on necessary documents, timelines, and expectations.
- Relay client-specific information to advisors and ensure that the advisors are well prepared for each meeting.
- Maintain open communication between clients and advisors to ensure effective and timely service delivery.
- Provide high levels of customer service, addressing client concerns and questions with professionalism and empathy.
- Follow up with clients post-appointment to ensure they have the information and support needed for next steps.
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or relevant field.
- 0-1 year of experience in a client-facing role (e.g., customer service).
- Previous experience in immigration is advantageous but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage conflicting priorities.
- Basic understanding of immigration processes and requirements is beneficial.
