Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our existing product, eSchool Management System, to the market. This includes handling walk-in clients, arranging visits with prospective clients, negotiating contracts, and identifying client needs. Additionally, the successful candidate will be required to keep records of all conversations in our database, gather market data, and implement new sales plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Promoting the Company's Existing Product (eSchool Management System) to the market.
  • Handling walk-in clients and arranging visits with prospective clients.
  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
  • Identifying client needs, clarifying information, and convincing clients.
  • Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
  • Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
  • Meeting personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Marketing & Sales.
  • Experience in the sale of IT Software Products will be a BIG PLUS.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
  • Excellent phone and verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
  • Ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • Must have his/her own conveyance (Fuel Allowance will be given separately).
