Product Visionary

We are seeking an innovative and strategic Product Manager to drive the success of our product from concept to launch and beyond.

This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive product roadmap, defining product vision and strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.
  • Develop and prioritize a product backlog based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver products on time and within budget.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals.
  • Define product requirements, create user stories, and specify key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success.
  • Develop and oversee product training and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor pre- and post-launch performance, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Regularly review and analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancements, updates, or retirement of products and services as needed.
  • Ensure seamless integration of customer feedback into future product iterations.
  • Act as the product's primary advocate, ensuring alignment between customer needs, business objectives, and technical capabilities.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or a similar role in product development.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms.

Work Details:

  • Work Mode: Office-based.
  • Shift Time: 10am-7pm.
