Project Planning Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and scheduling projects using Primavera P6/MS Project.

  • Develop, update, and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with project teams to gather schedule-related input.
  • Provide timely reports and updates to the Project Manager and senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Planning and Scheduling: Develop, update, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
  2. Team Collaboration: Interface with engineering, procurement, construction, and subcontractor teams to gather schedule-related input.
  3. Reporting and Updates: Provide timely reports and updates to the Project Manager and senior management.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing baseline programs, recovery schedules, and look-ahead plans.
  • Monitoring project progress against approved schedules.
  • Analyzing and reporting on schedule performance and progress.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant planning experience in high-rise building projects; hospitality experience is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.
