Financial Management Professional

  • Maintaining accurate records of contracts and their renewal status is crucial for minimizing financial risks.
  • The successful candidate will collaborate with finance teams to ensure timely payment processing and maintain up-to-date records of fixed assets, payroll, and supplier payments.
Risk Mitigation and Compliance

Audit and control procedures are essential for maintaining accurate financial records and identifying potential areas for cost reduction.

  • The Associate Manager will review and implement internal audit recommendations, developing a finance strategy that aligns with corporate objectives.
  • Key responsibilities include analyzing stock levels and shrinkage results to optimize inventory management, performing regular audits to identify cash flow risks, and developing corrective actions.
Reporting and Analysis

The Associate Manager will oversee the preparation of performance analysis reports, providing business insights to stakeholders on a periodic basis.

  • Key deliverables include:
  • Monthly financial closing (budgetary control, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow)
  • Monthly forecasting
  • Annual budget planning
  • Cash flow management
Minimum Qualifications/Education

MBA - Finance or equivalent required. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
