
Customer Service Administrator

This role requires a skilled administrator to manage the front desk area and provide exceptional customer service.
Main duties involve greeting visitors, answering phone calls, managing the front desk, receiving and sorting mail, and ensuring office security.
ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks, providing information, and handling inquiries about the company's services and policies.
You should also maintain office databases and contact lists, and ensure that the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Skills RequiredFor this role, we are looking for someone with good communication skills in English & Urdu, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational and multitasking skills, ability to handle and diffuse stressful situations, and customer-oriented attitude.
We also require a minimum education level of inter/graduation and 1 year experience in the same or relevant job role.
