Job Summary

The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of talent acquisition and employee engagement.

They will be responsible for collaborating with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.

Candidates will source qualified applicants through various channels and review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess qualifications.

The successful candidate will facilitate the hiring process, coordinate recruitment events, and conduct background checks.

Additionally, they will extend job offers, negotiate terms, and implement new hire orientation programs.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
