Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development Lead to spearhead recruitment strategies for current positions, including job posting and job boards. You will be responsible for fulfilling staffing needs to drive business growth.

You will analyze jobs, create position descriptions, develop interview processes, design marketing materials, select candidates, conduct compensation analysis, and extend job offers. Manage the entire recruitment process from initial assessments to interviews and offers.

Provide counsel to candidates on company benefits, salary, and corporate environment. Offer guidance to subordinates on hiring and employment data. Prepare and circulate monthly hiring reports to stakeholders. Develop training calendars for in-house and external trainings. Maintain records of trainings and ensure all employees receive required trainings.

Revive organizational development activities such as celebrating special days and arranging events for social causes. Prepare and update job descriptions and organizational charts for departments. Develop skill matrices for technical staff with coordination from line managers.

Conduct employee retention activities like focus group sessions, HR dialogues, and exit interviews. Foster collaborative relationships at all levels of the organization and communicate effectively through excellent written and verbal skills.
