Strategic Talent Acquisition and Development Specialist

We seek an accomplished Talent Acquisition and Development Professional to join our organization. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic recruitment plan, evaluating candidates based on their qualifications, skills, and fit with the organization's culture.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Evaluate candidates based on their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Nurture relationships with industry contacts, association members, and employees to expand our talent pool.
- Collaborate with management to identify and develop training programs that enhance employee performance and engagement.
- Design and implement team-building exercises and workshops to foster a positive work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field from a reputable institution.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, OD, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.
