Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist

\Job Description\The ideal candidate will own and optimize the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on sourcing and hiring top-tier talent for critical roles. This includes source, engage, and nurture top candidates through creative strategies and build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
\Champion an outstanding candidate experience through timely communication, transparency, and structured interview processes. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build interview panels, and align on success criteria. Collaborate with Ops to forecast hiring needs monthly and work closely with L&D and Admin teams to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
\Requirements\- \
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.\
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in a high-growth or tech-driven environment.\
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.\
- Proficiency in ATS tools and sourcing platforms.\
- Passion for people, culture, and delivering a candidate experience that reflects our values.\
