Customer Support Specialist - Spanish Speaker

We are looking for a highly skilled Spanish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Islamabad. As a key member of our team, you will provide top-notch support to our clients, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

About the Role:

  1. You will be responsible for providing customer support via phone, email, or chat in Spanish and English.
  2. Resolve customer complaints and issues related to Trips.
  3. Ensure accurate record-keeping in CRM systems.
  4. Meet performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
  5. Work on-site at our office in Islamabad.

Essential Skills:

  1. Proficiency in Spanish (C1/C2 level) + English (B2+).
  2. Prior experience in customer service is preferred, but freshers with strong language skills can also apply.
  3. Familiarity with CRM tools is an asset.
  4. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  5. Ability to work on-site full-time in Islamabad.
