BSTec Limited is expanding its client base throughout the UK and abroad.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain and develop in-house IT infrastructure to meet business needs.
  2. Provide remote technical support to clients via various communication channels.
  3. Carry out routine health checks and intrusion detection to prevent security breaches.
  4. Develop and implement effective training programs for staff members.
  5. Assist in procurement of software and hardware solutions that meet business requirements.
  6. Contribute to growth by identifying new opportunities and implementing strategic initiatives.
  7. Perform other ad hoc duties as required by management.
Job Specification:
  1. Expertise in network administration, including setup and configuration.
  2. Proficiency in VOIP systems, Asterisk, and Elastix.
  3. MCSE certification or equivalent; CCNA an advantage.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Prompt and effective troubleshooting skills.
  6. Knowledge of Microsoft Server platforms, including Windows Server 2003, 2008 (All editions), Exchange Servers.
  7. Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  9. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  10. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  11. Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and developments.
  12. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  13. High level of reliability and dependability.
