- Follow up with customers post-experience to gather reviews and feedback, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales, facilitating data-driven decision making.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to improve customer service and sales processes, driving business growth and excellence.
- 1–2 years of experience in an inbound campaign, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
- Fluent English language skills, with excellent communication abilities that enable you to effectively engage with customers.
- Proven experience in sales and customer support, with a strong ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering creative solutions to complex challenges.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and demands.
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with additional qualifications in customer service or sales highly valued.
