Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Handle inbound calls from various marketing channels, providing timely and accurate information to customers.
  2. Sell tourism packages, utilizing your sales skills to achieve targets and meet customer needs.
  3. Follow up with customers post-experience to gather reviews and feedback, ensuring their satisfaction.
  4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales, facilitating data-driven decision making.
  5. Resolve customer complaints efficiently, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  6. Collaborate with the team to improve customer service and sales processes, driving business growth and excellence.
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in an inbound campaign, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Fluent English language skills, with excellent communication abilities that enable you to effectively engage with customers.
  • Proven experience in sales and customer support, with a strong ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering creative solutions to complex challenges.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and demands.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with additional qualifications in customer service or sales highly valued.
