Key Roles and Responsibilities

A dedicated professional is required to manage projects at our facility or a customer's site.

  • Coordinate Colorcon technical resources for project success.
  • Lead technical application discussions and promote Colorcon products with customers and sales teams.
  • Understand customer core formulation development from pre-formulation to scale-up.
  • Recommend optimal color/pigment selection based on customers' target markets and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide timely provision of Colorcon product samples and clear communication between the customer and Colorcon Regulatory departments.
  • Stay up-to-date on key features and benefits of all Colorcon products, including Modified Release Technologies and Immediate Release film coatings and excipients.
  • Recommend their application based on customers' drug release, formulation, and processing requirements.
  • Maintain and maximize sales through technical support activities and expertise.
  • Travel to customers' research and manufacturing sites to promote and support Colorcon product use.
  • Optimize customers' processes for performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present technical information for internal and external training seminars, coating schools, modified release forums, and other product promotion events.
About This Role

This role involves providing technical assistance to customers for immediate and modified release solid oral dose formulation development, troubleshooting, and small-scale and commercial-scale trial support.

  • Demonstrated experience in technical management and coordination.
  • Strong understanding of core formulation development, optimization, and scale-up.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of Colorcon products, services, and technologies.
