Instrument Service Manager

This role involves overseeing all instrument service operations across the country, ensuring optimal performance of various systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address application problems nationwide by troubleshooting and resolving issues with BacT Alert, Dimension, Bep III, Immulite, Centaur, and ADVIA 1800 systems.
  • Lead engineering activities, providing guidance to engineers at multiple stations to ensure smooth operation.
  • Monitor daily reports from engineers to stay updated on system performance and make informed decisions.
  • Maintain an inventory of spare parts to prevent delays in repairs and minimize downtime.
  • Repair or replace old parts as needed to maintain equipment functionality.
  • Train new engineers at all stations to ensure knowledge transfer and consistency in service delivery.
