Job Title: ATM and Cards Technical Architect

The primary objective of this role is to design cutting-edge architecture for ATMs as a channel and Cards as a product offering, thereby enhancing the overall consumer banking experience.

  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of ATM and Cards operations.
  • Collaborate with department heads and product owners to identify business requirements and translate them into actionable technical strategies.
  • Act as a thought leader in shaping the future state architecture for Consumer Banking, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Lead the creation of design artefacts, including domain architecture, capability gap matrices, and roadmaps, to guide technology strategy and customer-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop architecture for ATMs and Cards, ensuring seamless integration and user experience.
  • Review and validate vendor/partner designs to ensure they meet business requirements and company standards.
  • Translate high-level business needs into detailed technical specifications and present to the Architecture Review Board for approval.
  • Manage project demand pipeline and provide estimates based on capability gaps to support project planning.
  • Identify interdependencies between projects to create a cohesive project sequence for Consumer Banking.
  • Ensure designs are aligned with agreed architecture principles and industry best practices.
