Manager One-Link Services and Alternate Delivery Channel

To manage and oversee the bank's linked services (ATM, POS or card services) and alternate delivery channels (mobile banking, internet banking, USSD, agency banking, etc.) ensuring service excellence, innovation, operational efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Banking & Finance, or related field (required)
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in banking or financial services
- At least 3 years in a role focused on electronic banking, digital channels, card services, or IT operations
- Demonstrated experience in managing ATM, POS, or mobile/internet banking platforms
- Strong understanding of alternate delivery channels (ADC) such as mobile apps, USSD, agency banking, ATMs, POS, and internet banking
- Knowledge of card switching systems (e.g., Verve, Interswitch, Visa, MasterCard)
- Familiarity with core banking systems and third-party integrations (e.g., APIs, middleware)
- Understanding of transaction security, digital fraud prevention, and compliance (e.g., PCI-DSS, ISO 27001)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Knowledge of local and international banking regulations related to digital channels
- Understanding of data privacy and electronic transaction laws
