  • We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and oversee the bank's linked services (ATM, POS or card services) and alternate delivery channels (mobile banking, internet banking, USSD, agency banking, etc.) ensuring service excellence, innovation, operational efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Banking & Finance, or related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
  • At least 3 years in a role focused on electronic banking, digital channels, card services, or IT operations is necessary.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing ATM, POS, or mobile/internet banking platforms is required.
  • Strong understanding of alternate delivery channels (ADC) such as mobile apps, USSD, agency banking, ATMs, POS, and internet banking is essential.
  • Knowledge of card switching systems (e.g., Verve, Interswitch, Visa, MasterCard) is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with core banking systems and third-party integrations (e.g., APIs, middleware) is advantageous.
  • Understanding of transaction security, digital fraud prevention, and compliance (e.g., PCI-DSS, ISO 27001) is crucial.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities are required.
  • Knowledge of local and international banking regulations related to digital channels is essential.
  • Understanding of data privacy and electronic transaction laws is necessary.
