Job Description

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Executive to support the delivery and management of ongoing professional learning initiatives for our workforce.

This role is focused on enhancing employee capabilities through targeted CPD programs, ensuring that professional standards are maintained and that career growth is actively supported.

Ideal for individuals passionate about long-term learning strategies and career development, this role will work closely with HR and departmental teams to promote a continuous learning culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the planning and delivery of CPD programs across departments, ensuring seamless execution and effective resource allocation.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee participation and progress in CPD activities, utilizing data to inform future program development.
  • Collaborate with internal and external trainers to deliver subject-specific learning modules, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Support the creation and update of professional development pathways and learning materials, aligning with industry standards and best practices.
  • Monitor compliance with CPD policies and professional standards, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Gather feedback on CPD sessions and contribute to continuous improvement efforts, promoting a culture of evaluation and growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry and regulatory CPD requirements, remaining current with emerging trends and best practices.
  • Assist in integrating CPD initiatives with the organization's broader learning and development strategy, driving business outcomes through talent development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in education and organizational development.
  • 1–3 years of experience in professional development, training coordination, or a related HR role, showcasing expertise in CPD program management.
  • Understanding of CPD frameworks and principles, with a strong appreciation for adult learning theories and instructional design.
  • Strong administrative, coordination, and communication skills, with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with LMS platforms, leveraging technology to enhance learning experiences.
Certification (Preferred):
  • Relevant certifications or CPD-related training (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, ATD) are highly valued, demonstrating a commitment to professional growth and development.
